Using 1H NMR spectroscopy and steady-state and time-resolved electronic spectroscopy, the optical properties of mono-and bis(styryl)pyridinium perchlorates and their complexes with Mg2+, Ba2+ cations were studied. The stability constants of the complexes were determined using spectrophotometric titration. The formation of inclusion complexes for Mg2+ and sandwich type complexes for Ba2+ results in fluorescence enhancement and increases the lifetimes of the excited states of the initial bis-styryl ligands. The variation of position of the styryl fragment in the pyridinium aromatic ring gives rise to photochromic crown ethers with different optical and photophysical characteristics and is also an easy route to bis(crown-ethers) of symmetrical and unsymmetrical structure. 研究了聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)在200℃下长时间放置过程中拉伸断裂行为的变化.通过应力-应变实验、断面形貌观察及去老化现象的研究证实,200℃下长时间放置后的PEK-C的拉伸断裂行为,发生韧性-脆性转变,发生这一转变的时间约在589小时左右.伴随199℃下的拉伸过程中出现的去老化现象,决定于材料发生剪切屈服形变的能力,与韧性-脆性断裂行为转变有着本质的联系.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed synthesis of poly(bromoalkoxymethyl- and bromoalkanoyloxymethylsiloxane)s from poly(hydromethylsiloxane)s was studied. Treatment of poly(hydromethylsiloxane)s with mixtures of allyl bromide and cyclic ethers in the presence of a catalytic amount of PdCl2 gave the corresponding poly[(bromoalkoxy)methylsiloxane]s in good yield. A similar reaction with γ-butyrolactone produced poly[(bromobutanoyloxy)methylsiloxane], although the polymer was highly moisture-sensitive and could not be separated from the reaction mixture. Transformation of the bromoalkoxy unit in the resulting siloxane polymer into an aminoalkoxy group was also examined.  相似文献

以5-氨基烷基-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷为起始原料, 乙酸酐为酰化剂, 一步法选择性地合成氨基二醇类氨基乙酰化产物N-1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基烷基乙酰胺. 该方法操作简便, 收率高. 所合成的4个新化合物的结构均经FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR及HRMS确证. N-3-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基)丙基乙酰胺(1a)作为关键的中间体, 可以用于HIV-1 Tat/ PCAF BRD抑制剂4的合成.  相似文献

The comparisons of five different chiral stationary phases (CSPs) based on 2,6-dinitro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl (DNP-TFM) ether substituted β-cyclodextrin are presented. The five CSPs differ from each other in the linkage/spacer chemistry, or on the position of the substituents on β-cyclodextrin, or in the sequence of the synthetic procedure. The results show that there are two optimum combinations: (1) DNP-TFM randomly substituted on the β-cyclodextrin as the chiral selector along with a carbamate linkage chain bonding it to the silica support; and (2) β-cyclodextrin derivatized by DNP-TFM substituents only on the C-2 and C-3 positions of the cyclodextrin with an ether linkage chain anchoring it to the silica gel. These two combinations show complementary separations for some enantiomers. The spacer chain effect is much more pronounced for the CSP based on the β-cyclodextrin derivatives with DNP-TFM substituents only on C-2 and C-3 positions than its randomly substituted counterpart. The sequence of derivatizing the cyclodextrin and attaching it to silica gel also affects its selectivity and efficiency. The β-cyclodextrin should be derivatized before it is linked to the silica gel.  相似文献

The first part of the paper deals with a critical discussion of the methodical basis of essential work of fracture (EWF) concept with respect to the specimen geometry (especially the notch depth) and application to polymers. In the second part, an in situ testing device, which combines a tensile testing machine with an optical strain-field measuring system, has successfully demonstrated possibility of characterization of fracture behaviour of polystyrene-polybutadiene block copolymers and block copolymer/homopolymer blends as examples of nanostructured polymer materials. It has been shown that knowledge of the time evolution of the strain field close to the crack tips leads to a simple verification of the basic precondition for the applicability of the EWF concept, the precondition “plastic zone coalescence-before-stable crack propagation”.  相似文献

The first crystal structure of a potassium cation complex with dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 is reported. The potassium 2-nitrophenoxide complex ofsyn-cis-syn dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with cell constantsa=8.604(2),b=10.772(4),C=16.123(5)Å, =73.86(3)°,=77.61(3)°, =82.68(3)° andZ=2 forD c =1.31 g cm–3. Least-squares refinement based on 2742 observed reflections led to a final conventionalR value of 0.040. Dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 has the shape of a saddle with the potassium cation sitting at the saddlepoint. The structure of the 2-nitrophenoxide anion is dominanted by the quinoid resonance contributor. Because the complex is devoid of significant intercomplex interactions, it is a prototypical 1:1:1 complex.
